Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 2 days of receiving your order, only if the following conditions are met:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product has not been tampered with and is in resalable condition.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will be declined.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Return the product using a registered courier service and share the tracking details.
Inspection and Approval
- Upon receipt, the returned item will be inspected.
- If approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund, based on availability and your preference.
- Returns may be refused if:
- The product is opened or used
- The packaging is damaged or missing
- The product has been tampered with
Refund Process
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 10 to 45 working days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Important Notes
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Medhub is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- No returns will be accepted after the 2-day return period.
